Event Logistics Coordinator
Own the plan behind the event: vendors, timing, crew, and the details nobody notices when they go right.
Full training provided. Most of our team joined with no events background.
The role
You'll build run-of-show documents, line up vendors and venues, and be on site to keep the day on schedule. We train you on our process; you bring organization and a level head.
What you'll do
- Build run-of-show, load-in, and staffing plans for nonprofit events
- Coordinate venues, rentals, permits, and vendor deliveries
- Lead crews on site through setup, the event, and load-out
- Debrief costs and issues with clients after every event
Who thrives here
- Organized, with a habit of writing things down
- Calm when a truck runs late or the weather turns
- Comfortable directing a crew and talking to clients
- Events, hospitality, retail, or athletics background is a plus
