About us
A Miami team built on load-ins and last details.
We run the logistics behind nonprofit events across South Florida — and we develop the people who do it, because an event never goes better than the crew running it.
Headquartered at 2050 Coral Way, Miami.
Our story
We started with one belief: nobody should run an event alone.
Nonprofit teams in Miami are small, and event day asks them to be six vendors at once: printer, venue scout, ad buyer, rental company, cashier, and host.
So we built the opposite of a patchwork of suppliers: one logistics team that quotes honestly, shows up early, runs the merch and the checkout, and hands over totals our clients can take straight to a board.
The upside for the people who join us is the same thing that makes the work good — you learn to plan, to lead a crew, and to run an event of your own, faster than anywhere that would have you waiting your turn.

Our approach
Preparation is the whole trick.
Every event gets a written plan. Every crew member has a path forward. Every client gets totals instead of guesswork.
Why us
Three questions we get asked constantly.
Why Miami, why nonprofits stay with us, and why people build careers here. Honest answers to each.

Why Miami
The city hosts constantly, and the logistics are the hard part.
- Hundreds of nonprofit galas, walks, and drives every season, often in the same weekends.
- Venues, permits, and vendors vary block to block — local knowledge saves days of calls.
- Weather, traffic, and load-in windows punish anyone planning from a spreadsheet alone.
- Year-round outdoor conditions mean events run in every month of the calendar.

Why nonprofits choose us
One team instead of six vendors, and numbers you can show a board.
- Merchandise, ads, venue, setup, and checkout under a single point of contact.
- Costs quoted up front, with vendor pricing passed through instead of marked up quietly.
- Donation and sales totals reconciled the same night, ready for your finance team.
- Crews trained on donor experience, not just equipment — they represent your cause on site.

Why candidates choose us
A career in events, learned on real ones.
- Every leadership seat is filled from within — we promote the people we develop.
- Mentorship is daily and on site, not a quarterly review.
- Skills that travel: logistics, vendor management, and running a crew under pressure.
- Travel, recognition, and the chance to run your own event early.
Our culture
What the team is built on.
Not posters on a wall. Each one earned its place because it's what keeps an event crew performing.
Ownership on site
Every event needs someone who says the buck stops here. We build those people instead of hiring around the gap.
Internal promotions
Nobody joins Eleva to stay where they started. Promoting from within keeps standards high and the door open.
Travel opportunities
New markets teach faster than any training room. Working another city's event changes how you run your own.
Team recognition
Load-in starts early and load-out ends late. We call out results publicly so effort never goes unnoticed.
Calm under pressure
Trucks run late and weather turns. The crew that stays level is the reason guests never find out.
Mentorship
Skills transfer person to person, not through a manual. Everyone here is being coached and coaching someone.
Attention to detail
A missing box of shirts or a dead card reader is the whole night for a donor. Details are the job.
Mission first
We work for organizations raising real money for real causes. Every dollar we save them goes back to the work.
